Workout
Mondays spill into Tuesdays. EW.
I've been so bogged down with work. I didnt have any morning workout and it effected my whole day. I felt really unmotivated to go to the gym but I went anyways. Its strange how easily I can lose momentum. After light gossip before class I was feeling a bit better and actually learned something in Kali class. Enter contradas on a broken four and break out on a broken two. And then there was something about eights and nines and umbrellas. Look I can't get it all! I have probably done this a few times before but today was the day it clicked! Muay Thai class was good and easy, ending in clinch. Ultimately, I was glad I went in to work out. Made me more efficient when I got home to do more work.
