Workout
A little of everything.
I didn't do enough Yoga last week and my body really suffered because of it. Feeling crunchy and sore. Back muscles all locked up. So today I decided to go back to one of my fav yoga classes at Atmananda. Glad I did. I can do the sequence on my own but I think I don't hold poses for as long as I think I am holding them. Either way its a totally different experience all together.
Walked all over downtown with my homegirls from Cali. :)
Kali class was mostly pattern matching and then counters. 7pm Muay Thai I worked on countering with hooks and sneaky low kicks. Need to learn to cut people off better and work angles. 8pm class some of the same stuff, but more cardio based pad work. Grabbed a Capoeirista to play a little with me.
