Marion's class today at Ride the Zone in East Hampton was awesome. All the sweaty bodies were packed in the studio; following her energetic lead. She has a way with words when she's on that bike. In the middle of our climb she said, "We all have something going on: maybe a rough Friday night, a struggle in a relationship, or something that you just can't fix. On this climb, I want you to detach from whatever it is and find a new zone, even if its just for this song." The energy in the room escalated immediately. Her inspiration moved me.
