Workout
crappy weekend i will leave you in the dust
Well it wasn't a completely horrible weekend, but there's a lot of crap going on and it felt so great to workout and just forget about everything else for awhile. I lifted for 20 min, 45 min spin, and a 25 min core class. It was super intense but I loved it. Good way to start the week.
