I need to befriend someone with a pool

On yet another hot hot day, 45 min spin class, 25 min abs, and my friend Katie made her glorious return to working out and got me to lift afterwards.  It was a great workout.  On the negative side, it's so ridiculously hot in my apt I had to buy some ice cream to eat to cool off!  It's really tasty though and I managed to stick to one portion.  Vanilla fudge swirl from Stony Farm so good!
