ok, so when i first signed up for the MMM i could run, without stopping, about 3/4 of a mile. yesterday, i ran 3.5 miles, and it felt GOOD.  my laptop died right before the MMM started, so i haven't been posting or keeping track of my minutes, but i HAVE been checking up on how the rest of you amazing people are doing and finding tons of inspiration and entertainment here.

today: walk with mom, shorter run, cheap yoga class, brunch.
