Crab walks and bear crawls.
Noon Muay Thai...pad work and a few rounds of light technical sparring.
Taught Yoga to the kids...I decided to tire them out a little more so they have no choice but to do savasana.
Capoeira...omg 2 hour class! The conditioning kicks my ass but atleast I'm still able to do it. Roda play was a bit off...learning new techniques for old kicks. Kinda cool actually. Must ginga WIDER!
