Workout
Oi sim, sim, sim. Oi nao, nao, nao.
morning workout: crappy cardio. I just couldn't get into it today. my calves were so sore! I did a pretty lazy set. Restorative Yoga class to follow. Felt soooooooo good.
afternoon: Noon muay thai. Uhmm...tech sparring with no gear?! SCARY but it worked out just fine. I caught a knee in my calf but that was all. People who normally try to kill me were actually working nice and easy.
evening: Capoeira. Forcing lots of weird emotions and stuff to the surface but played some good games. No headstands today. MISSED IT SO MUCH. Realizing I have to follow the natural order of things.
I need to start practicing handstands again.
