Workout: 7:30-8:15 Ride the Zone with Carrie. It was a toughy.
What I ate today: 1/2 cup fiber one with 3/4 of a cup mixed berries and 1/2 cup low fat yogurt, approx 20 oz glass of water mixed with Lakewood Cranberry juice,
