Run, then walk. (Then eat.)

What's the best way to follow up an 11-mile run? a 2-hour walk, of course!

Granted, the purpose of that walk was to get me to a full-on feast, an Indonesian food festival in the parking lot of a mosque on the edge of Astoria that made me goofily happy and grateful to live in Queens in the springtime. Oh sure, post-run endorphins may have played a role, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say insanely spicy shrimp and sticky rice had a good hand in it too.
