Workout

In anticipation of Crossfit

I start Crossfit's Elements class tonight.  It lasts for three weeks and then I should know what all the Crossfit/Paleo enthusiasts are raving about! 

Yesterday's workout:

8 a.m.

3 sets of the following:

60-second plank

10 Squats with weight

10 Bucket Squats (below 90 degrees)

10 on each side - step ups with 12lbs in each hand

10 Alternating shoulder press

10 Hammer Curls (17.5 lbs)

10 Lat Pull-Down (70 lbs.) - I was dying by the third set!!

10 Seated Row (70 lbs.)

21s (abs)

25 Toe-Touch with 25 lbs.

7 p.m.

4.5 mile run along the East River.   Great to watch all the softball games and families out!
