last-ditch yoga

Felt slightly better enough to get to work today, but that just about sapped what little strength I'd built up over the last three days. So more non-intensive yoga, mostly just to stretch and remind my body what it feels like to move. Some day I'll get back to the gym, right? I don't think I can take much more of this!
