Workout
What a Workout
Spinning this morning was really good! I mean during the actual class there was a moment I started wheezing and I didn't think I would make it, but I pushed myself and at the end of class I felt so good! Probably the best I've felt after a workout class in a long time.
Also did about 200 crunches and 60 push-ups plus some weight training. Phew! A real good day to start hump day!
