Workout
Marion, Carrie, Holly
Workout:
ride the zone: marion: 8:30-9:15
team zone: Carrie and Holly: 9:30-10:30
Marion's ride was fanatastic. She really worked the energy of the group and challenged us to use the incredible energy around us to race faster and climb stronger. Everyone caught it, and I can tell you during the end zone( last part of the ride before the cool down) when we choose to work on something we'd like to improve on I could feel the group working intensely to achieve something better soaking in the positive aura Marion created in our 45 minutes together. In that moment, I was certain this community would take this ride into their daily life and deal with challenge and adversity with grace.
Carrie and Holly's ride was very challenging and Hilarious!! Carrie was the
black team and Holly was the white team. They both took turns leading intervals on the instructors bike. The one off the bike ran around jostling the
opponents and cheering for her team. It's really a group effort as the two instuctors have so much fun! They were having a dance competition off the
bike as we were climbing up the 15 minute climb and holding our switchbacks forever(my lats are sore!) It was a total blast!

Yeah, pretty much. I've always loved long workouts during the cold winter months. RTZ is much more fun than winter blues;)
