Workout
So far...
Day Two: Juicing--going great. Day four without coffee and feeling good. I actually made it through the entire day today with caffeine. It's hard to juice this time of year because it is so cold out. successful finish to day two. One day left.
Workout: marion's cleansing zone at 10:30-11:15. She planned with less resistance, more speed intervals with recoveries.

Recorded sleep from last night in journal (12:30am-8:30am).
