No Yoga, what-so-ever
Because I am seriously just Yoga'd the EFF out! But I DID take Muay Thai and Capoeira. Before MT class I had some time to practice headstands and backbends on the mat and then one of the judo guys wanted to flip me from hand stand so I thought t his would be fun since I want to be able to bend back from a handstand into a back bend like how I do in headstands...this was a bad idea, he dropped me and i slammed my back into the mat! Thank god for the mat! And yeah...those 2 rounds of shadowboxing were a bit dizzy. RAWR. Muay Thai class was fun bc me and my partner decided not to goof around and be super serious and have really good form and technique. I felt like we both did well today! I dragged a co-worker to Capoeira today and whoa it was a full class! I want to learn S-dobrado!
