Challenge-less again
12:30pm. 20 min Yoga sequence before MT class and handstand/headstand practice.
1pm Muay Thai. Roundhouse after roundhouse after roundhouse...oh and some leg blocks too. I left class feeling like I didn't want to have to walk anywhere, let alone take a Capoeira class.
3pm Capoeira. Got there early and practiced more headstands/handstands and backbends. Really tired but still got through class and realized how much I missed playing in the Roda...I was in there way too much today. Roda hog!
Headed to Flushing after to chill with the fams. Calorie-fest. UGH. Yoga TT starts tomorrow...I feel anxious but I am glad for the tons of Yoga classes I've taken the last month and a half to prepare.
