multi tasking- please title this for yourselves : )
15 min run on the mill
90 min hot yoga with Jess at crunch (sandy liz rocked her tricep push ups!)
10 min jog/ walk at 4.2 on 15 incline
10 min rowing
Hot Yoga is not the same as Bikram studio...I forgot how different. I like them both for different reasons. It was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay crowded though and didn't feel zen, but Jess is the master of smooth talkin and makes you feel all gumby with the timber of his voice. Bikram made me more flexible. yay. im too lazy to write creative blog and multi tasking while talking to VH on the phone.
