Sept Day 15, Fried oreos don't taste as good this year....am I really saying that?
1:30pm Mini Bhangra class w/Urbansherpa
4pm Kettlebells. I officially went up to 12kg for presses, but I am still mostly doing push-presses. When we worked in teams I noticed how much lighter the 8's started feeling! Don't get me wrong it was still hard to see-saw press set after set!
5pm Muay Thai. Padwork.
6pm Arnis. I so did not get this "break-in break-out" drill today. Its so hard to pick it up only once a week.
7:15 Capoeira. Lots of new beginners but everyone else was back from vacay. Nothing new, just lots of roda playing.
Did the San Gennaro circuit and walked all the way home. Legs tired. Body sore.

unfortunately i do not look good naked. its quite offensive, actually! its really hard to find my abs under my belly fat, but they are there :)
