Workout
Sept Day 13, I can't seem to get enough sleep these days!
So since I was cranky from lateness and no Yoga yesterday I ended up doing 40 min of Yoga on my own at home. Which made me feel much better but I was pooped at the end of the day. I am glad that all the classes I took last week has improved my form and alignment a lot. Its starting to be less painful to bind in side angle now. :)
Today....
Ran my 1.5 miles on the treadmill. New running playlist on shuffle is GO!
1pm Muay Thai. No partnering! Which was cool cause CSG wasn't there today and she is usually my partner. We did circuits. I worked on elbows a lot but I need SO much work on defense. I am beginning to think I train too many things...it all becomes confusing when it comes to footwork. UGH.
3pm Capoeira. Roda play was ok but nothing significant. I tried to walk in my handstand and I can take 1 step. That sucks!
My body is so so tired. Hope I can make it to some Yoga tomorrow.

sounds great lady but don't skimp on the recovery time!!!! you deserve it!! on that note i'm going to sleep now so my muscles will not be as achey!!

I've been sleeping so much it's ridiculous. So cool about handstand walking! & everything else!!
