The Half Century Bike Ride - Expresso Style

Due to some scheduling issues I was left a huge gap of time in the morning before a session with Mike so I decided to use the expresso bike to knock out the 50 mile bike ride. My strategy was simple 45 minutes on 15 minutes off. Roughly 10 miles each time. Except on the last set because I took 25 minutes off before starting because at that point my legs felt ready to fall off. But I roughed my way through it and silently I might add. I started my silence feat at the same time.

I used the whole 5 hours. Just to keep my legs from hurting too bad.
