Killercadoogan Returns!
After the Zog tournament - to be more specific the after party at the bar my body went into full revolt so I took the week off to recover.
I decided that my new focus should be straight vanity. I want the gentleman spy look. Lean sleek and muscular.
I did a simple 300 rep workout. 2 sets of 5 exercises 30 reps each.
pushups
situps
lunges
squats
russian twists
took me about 15 minutes. If I can do that type of workout daily and keep my regular routine. I will be a sleek and deadly secret agent man in no time.
