Workout

Summer Day 59, Playing outside is essential to life.

7am Yoga. So sore from the day before that balancing poses (which I'm already bad at) were just not happening. However I was near the wall so when I got to my headstand, usually I balance my knees on my elbows to ensure not falling back on someone, but I veered away from that but just didn't fully extend, bc even though I wouldn't fall on someone, I still could totally slam into the wall and disrupt the zen-ness. The Yoga did however, take away a lot of my soreness.

6:30 Outdoor Capoeira class and roda. Worked on basic things...mei lua de frente, quexada, martelo. I tried to play a lot in the roda but steered clear when they played fast. Didn't feel entirely great about my playing today though, but glad that I still put myself out there. Need to get used to playing with unfamiliar people.

1 tbsp of ice cream doesn't even count. haha (maybe this attitude is why i have food issues? LOL)

haha ok maybe but w/ a bag and a half of chips...i think that is not ok! and 2 big cookies from whole foods? i didn't even feel good after that...ugh! today its all about greens and oatmeal!
