Summer Day 58, Dear thumbnail, please don't die and fall off...
7am Spin. Wow been so long since I took a spin class. It kicked my butt! But I soooo missed Tuesday morning Spin! Glad to be back!
4pm Kettlebells. Finally learned how to do snatches. Only prob was that it was tearing up everyone's hands!
5pm Muay Thai. Padwork. Worked on counters. Injured my thumbnail. Hope it doesn't bruise ugly and fall off. :(
6pm Arnis. Florettas. Totally lost in class again. Plus, my partner wanted to practice on me more than with me. UGH.
7:15 Capoeira. Worked on same thing as on Sunday. Cocorinha to martelo. Got some decent play time in the roda.
My energy level is decent considering all the classes I took. Made sure to eat enough today and came home right after Capoeira to rest.

breakfast: 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/whole milk, blueberries, strawberries, cinnamon, flax and almonds. + pineapple
snack: rye crackers w/swiss cheese
lunch: 3 small pork ribs, 6 brussel sprouts, 3 slices of sweet potato
snack: mochca frappaccino
snack: handful of microwave popcorn
dinner: orzo salad w/cucumbers, tomato, olive, couscous salad w/cranberries and nuts
