Summer Day 38, End of the calorie-fests
1pm Muay Thai. I almost didn't take class, but I was there already. I was feeling so low-energy/tired I was starting to think I caught something from being around kids all day yesterday. Probably it was from not working out though! After class I felt re-energized and awesome. We did mostly leg-sparring. p.s. I hate my new leather shin-guards...
3pm Capoeira. negativa, cabecada. Ehhh. I am really not into this. I just spent most of the roda pushing people away from me and then roundhousing them. I don't even think I was throwing proper martelos anymore.
Bus to Flushing made me carsick, riding in the back. So ghetto.

breakfast: fruit and cheese plate from starbucks, chai tea latte w/soy
snack: string cheese, yogurt smoothie
snack: gatorade, power crunch bar
snack: clif bar
dinner: roast pork, dumpling, lo mein noodles, pepper fish, baby bok choy
dessert: 3 tablespoons of ice cream cake, long gan, 2 peach slices
