Summer Day 32, Piss pour the rain
1pm Muay Thai. I had to be partners with a guy who is much better than me. This happens all too much. I don't like getting beat up. Since I've been doing kettlebells I feel its much harder to do an entire round of sit-ups at the end of Sunday class. Before it was easy breezy. Hrmm... I blame kettlebells!
3pm Capoeira. I got a gift from Brasil! Apparently everyone from the different academies were trading their different Raizes Do Brasil tee's and mine was being passed around quite a bit. Other than that I felt rusty and not really into playing in the Roda.
I just got caught in the rain. I look just like I did after an hour of Capoeira in a hot ass room. Soaked! but in rain, not sweat.
