Summer Day 29, Back from Brasilia
7am Yoga. I really needed to stretch out this morning. UGH tight muscles
5pm Capoeira. My group has returned from Brasilia where our formerly Contra Mestre has earned the title Mestre. Although I didn't go, my t-shirt design did! Anyways, since most of group that was in Brasil is prob resting, and the ones that stayed might not have known classes started today...there was only 4 of us in class today! But we had to work hard and did lots of circuit training. My knee is still hurting when I Au, negativa, role. I also sweated buckets. Like almost completely through all of my clothes, except my abadas. So happy to play again though!

lunch: whole wheat pasta w/ground turkey, grapes
snack: yogurt shake, homemade choco mousse
snack: gatorade
dinner: mixed baby greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, queso blanco, fake chicken salad w/balsamic vinegrette.
dessert: lychee icecream, 1 scoop
