Workout

FoS Day 11

Day three of the SIX-BY-SIX-THIRTY Challenge. And I'm going strong. Even with only 5 1/2 hours of sleep last night I dragged myself out of bed at 6:30 AM and went to the gym. I'm just doing maintenance level workouts this week and I'll hit it hard after vacation.

33 mins elliptical
15 mins weights
20 mins abs & stretching

I also went to Pilates class last night (and then had to go back into work). But I didn't create a separate post for it since I'm just counting it as a part of yesterday morning's workout.
