may 10 - low key exercise is still exercise

i'm feeling pretty low energy today and really just want to curl up on the couch and watch bad movies. so before i got started on that, i got in 30 min on the elliptical. not pushing really really hard or anything, just a cruise. but it was instructive to see that cruising on the elliptical for 30 min really could count as exercise - went 2+ miles, ~300 calories. not bad!

now to the couch.

ETA: friend called and wanted to go to the mall and we ended up going to a new mall and walking all up and down and around it, for about 2 continuous hours of walking. NOW for the couch!
