Workout

may 5 - muscles!

did weight training today, and i could definitely feel it being easier to do more reps.

also did my physique 57 moves (linked here: http://www.marieclaire.com/health-fitness/news/articles/easy-exercise-moves, i'm doing 30 each of "a full body workout" and "increase your metabolism") every day. they really work the whole body!!
