Have been a Marion fan since the very beginning days above Calypso and watched her evolve into one of the best spin instructors in NYC and Easthampton. The closing of the Easthampton studio in two weeks will mark the end of an era. Made a lot of good friends there and burned through tens of thousands of calories. Marion, I wish you well, my friend! But am going to miss RTZ terribly.

This class has changed my body
Have been taking Jesse's class for about 5 months. I work out every day and this is one of the most grueling things I do in a non-cardio workout. He pays a huge attention to everyone's form regardless of their fitness level. I am an Exhale convert!
Why I love Exhale
I love Exhale because in addition to offering challenging classes, I have yet to have a bad instructor. And because even in a class of 20+ people, the instructors take the time to know the name of everyone there and offer individual correction and encouragement. So take that, Equinox.
This class has changed my body

I've been taking tower class here for a couple of years. The place has a very nice, noncompetitive vibe. Big range in quality of teachers, and there often seems to be a lot going on at once, like a few privates, people walking around, etc. I consider it a convenient neighborhood spot for me to take a class once or twice a week, prices are reasonable. And only four people in tower class, which is nice. But of course, you never know the level of the group in each class, and that can be a bit of a drag. I am primarily a spinner and Exhale person, but I like this as a supplement and a bit of a change, since every class is different.

Thirteen --- yes, thirteen years riding with Marion, and I'm not the only one, there is a solid group who have been there since the beginning (coffee and carbs at Barefoot Contessa ...). She is still the best.
