So I'm at 10/20 workouts. 3/10 feats. I've been doing alright on the challenge-long feats - my plant is happy, i'm eating my tofu and anchovies. Although sleep discipline is looking pretty grim right now, I've been pimping my bed and staying sober, so I've got back-ups. While the thousands have been fun to partake in, the sugar-free week has my tastebuds all out of wack.

Glad it didn't snow today.. It was already so dark and cloudy. Central park exploration run w. a friend. + 50 more pushups (will continue to do them through the day, so the final tally will go up a little)

All my running workouts have the same "exciting title" regardless of how excited I was to go running. Haha.

Central Park!
With a friend! so it was faster. Lovely running weather We ran around the reservoir before heading back. I think that's probably a total of 4 miles. Maybe. hehe. We even stretched and did some pushups afterwards! My count to 1000 is now down 30 (total)

Back to city lights
After arriving in NY after a 7ish hour flight from Seattle (5:30pm), I finally (8pm) got motivated to go running in Riverside Park. A lovely, slow run to the piers and back (between 5-6 miles)

Congrats! I love how locavore really brings in the local community to life. Those farmers are incredible.

Sounds like a day full of learning and trying fun new things - amazing day! I've always wanted to try a spin/cycling class. What a great experience. Be sure to stretch it out so you can still walk around tomorrow :)

I just want to say that you're amazing for doing all those push-ups. Sit-ups usually don't seem to be a challenge, but push-ups? 50 in one sitting is for the ...really determined. Keep it up :)

you're awesome! I'd love to hear what you end up eating if you do locavore. Upstate NY can be more than 100 miles away :(

Thanks for the encouragement! I've also been trying sun salutations in the morning, as a back up plan. Plan B is always useful..

If they're including agave nectar, I'm assuming Splenda's also out of the picture.
