Old Friends and New Videos
Yesterday I two workout videos early morning for a total of 42 minutes, and then i went on a 70 minute hike with a few of my old friends. nothing beats fresh air and friends

Today I did 72 minutes on the bike while watching glee. Then I had a short 12 minute walk during lunch time

FOr my DIY Feral I going to have to eat salad at least 3 to 4 times a week. And do 500 Reverse Crunches because I need to work on my lower abs
