Gain Muscle with Werewolf Training
Hi everyone. I know this was posted on the front page yesterday, but since it is a workout routine I created, I figured I would let you all know a little more about the history of this routine from the author (me). So, without further ado, let 'er rip!

Well, Project Swole is my website so I think it's pretty good. You should read about weightlifting there. Unfortunately the link itself doesn't seem to be showing up, so if you want to visit Project Swole, you should click this link here => Build Muscle

I feel bad for the women with camel toe busting out everywhere. It's hard not to notice when sexy goods are on display, but if you have any class as a man, you can find a way to keep it low key.

Glad to read some positive comments from a fellow Wolfer. Let me know if you have any other comments about the workouts as the days progress and we'll make this the best muscle gain program on the planet.

I don't even like eating sugar that much. I don't use any in my coffee and I try to avoid foods with corn syrup and such. If you go without sugar for a week your body will get used to it and the cravings will stop. Once you add sugar back into your diet you will feel nasty.

This isn't that hard because I can't eat much lactose, although I frequently rely on Lactaid milk to get my protein. In any case, I dieted strictly for 3 weeks earlier in 2009 and didn't eat or drink any dairy products during that time. When I added dairy back into my diet, it didn't bother me, although I don't feel that well if I eat too much cheese.

For several years of my life I was the guy who carries around a gallon jug of water. I drank at least 1 gallon of water nearly every day for several months if not years. It really does help you to feel better and to flush out your system. Good times.

I kept food logs for 2 years of my life starting when I was 20, then on again and off again throughout my 20s. Just do this for a month and you will be sickened by how much you don't know about what you eat until you write it all down. Keep track of calories, protein, carbs, and fat, and even some other important nutrients like sugar, fiber, Omega 3/6/9 fats, and cholesterol.

There's no reason to stop doing cardio if you start Werewolf Training. The point I'm trying to make about the cardio is that if you want to maximize muscle gains you should minimize cardio. Werewolf Training can also be done in conjuction with cardio workouts such as HIIT or even boring endurance cardio if your top priority is to stay lean.
