push ups and sit ups
Nothing major, just 100 push ups and 100 crunches to get in a little workout after a long day at the office.

I took the Results class with Frank Moran. Alright class but my back was killing me. Did a lot of stretching at home to losen it up.

Yoga Tune Up
In an effort to help my mind, body, and soul, I took a yoga class called Yoga Tune Up. Great idea in the abstract, but with some poor execution. The instructor was late and the class wasn't very focused. After an hour, I learned that I am not too flexible, that I love the corpse pose more than I remember, and that I need to find another yoga class.

40 minutes on the stairmaster; in fact, this is the first time that I have ever done this amount of time on a stairmaster and I can't say that it was a great workout, but it was alright.
10 pull ups and 100 chair dips.

Flossed my teeth and took my vitamins. I tried to take the eight flights of steps to my apartment everyday, which was very tough.
