Yoga, hip hop 2hrs - never have definite expectations, always be prepared for unanticipated turns of events

Funk 1hr - funk was fresh as always. But its so weird that even after 2 days rest my body is still feeling sore from polelates, i guess its a good thing, building different muscles...

Yoga extreme 1.5hrs - so good today, plus extra lessons about making the basics better, such as fwd jumps and how to get out of an overestimated handstand, just luvly

Funk 1hr - new routine to a familiar song, revisiting so many familiar songs this week

Stretchy choreo
Street jazz, hip hop 2hrs - new choreography is always awkward for me at first, muscle memory tends to kick in the second time around, really loves the long stretchy movements

Funk, masala bhangra 2hrs - funky street moves plus traditional folk dancing just makes me so happy.

Yoga, street jazz, inner warrior 3hrs- yoga @ 7am felt so great, saluting the hot hot sun. It's amazing to see so many ppl up so early @ the gym doing something good for their body. The nite classes were exhaustingly sweaty, but i feel so good...cleansed of toxins right now...

This is the best site ever, thank you for counting all my workouts and coming up with such cool feats and challenges.
