400 calories of cardio, then home, shower, bfast, kid to school, run some errands and to work by 9:30 I am already thinking about bed!

Did pilates today. Substitute teacher. Different workout. Lots of stretching. Dropped my gym card somewhere between checking in and going home. Bummer!

Dragged my butt out of bed. Today was hard again. There is something to be said for routine. Yesterday, I was "officially" off,( meaning work from home and hit fashion shows)so I went to the gym late. Now, I am off schedule and suffering again, Anyways, 30 minutes of cardio. That's it, That's BAD!

Had a fast paced weight workout this am. Moved through quickly as tight for time. Ran a million errands, did some "home" work and attended a fashion show. Now, wine and goldfish. I will hate myself in the am.

spinning my way into the weekend
Took a spinning class today. Hope it helped redeem my pizza binge last night. Worked until after 8 and left frazzelled and still not done with the project. Starving, no food, ended up gobbling way too much pizza, although it was whole wheat crust with artichokes and mushrooms,it was still fattening! Need to squeeze into that sexy dress next weekend, without any bulges. Sigh!

Up at 5:55 today, just before the alarm went off! This early morning thing is getting a little easier. I do think that anyone that trudged to the gym in the frozen slush in the pitch dark morning should be rewarded a free bonus of 500 calories burnt, just for showing up!

Went to the gym late today since it was supposed to be a snow day. Did some intense cardio and then went to work. Its gonna be tough in the dark and snow tomorrow at 6 am if it isn't another snow day.

Good news: got to go to the gym at 8
Bad news: had to shower and get to work by 9:15!
Had a 30 minute workout, but I did all supersets, FAST and used a little more weight wherever possible. Not ideal, but a much better workout than I had all last week at 6:20.
Tomorrow is another day......we shall see!

best workout of the week!!
I got up at 6:30 ( that feat is accompli!) and waited for the "9:30" spinning class only to discover it is a 9:15 class. So, I did 45 minutes of intense cardio on my own. Why is it that the energy is high at 9 but so horribly low at 6:30? Will it ever get better? I am seriously wondering if in all the years I hit the gym at 7 am if I actually was getting a good workout?

How do I find the daily food and exercise pairings?

So far, so good....today I did 40 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of stretching and abs, and will log about 90 mins of walking.
Food situation under control: haven't had fast food or a soda in YEARS, so I am feeling confident!
