Gorgeous weather!!!!
Went for a walk with running sprints outside for an hour. So pretty outside!!!

Killed my abs
Went to the "hard core" class and I am paying for it now two days later (coughing really hurts...)

Enjoyed the "spring" weather
I went for an hour "power" walk whie enjoying the warm weather.

Ran 6 miles
I ran 6 miles with intervals on an inclined treadmill (while watching Lost of course)

Dance Party
I had a dance party for an hour and burned lots of calories at home having fun :)

I did 6.5 miles and burned 600 calories, not too bad for watching a TV show :)

I went for a run (dry spots) and walk (still wet spots) around the city.

Yoga in my warm home
Major snow outside...stayed home for my workout

Ran errands (again)
Yet again I realized that by the time I walk to the train, take the train, and walk to where I am going it takes 25 minuets, whearas I can run the three miles in the same amount of time.....so i got in a nice run without having to work it into my schedule. woo hoo!

I am a power sleeper and I clocked 280 hours over the challenge!!!! This keeps me alert and productive during the day :)

Hey Evangeline! Sorry I just saw your comment....Yeah, I have pretty much avoided spinning since, but I know if I start doing it regularly it will get better...shame to hear that the pants don't help.

I already go vegetarian several days a week (eat fish on the other days). This is a great one for everyone to work on :)

I always cook at least one meal a day at home so this was easy. I can't wait for my CSA to start in spring to make this even more fun!

This one was not much of a "feat" for me as I do this anyways....I don't eat meat, so fish is one of my go-to items. Sorry for all the veggies out there (I used to be veggie too), I feel your pain.
