I do raw breakfasts of fruits, veggies and nuts every other morning for breakfast. This should be nice and simple to rack up the number of meals required.

My DIY feat... lose 10 lbs during the challenge. I figure that is 2lbs a week. Not a terrible goal.

Work gave us pedometers to help encourage us as part of our health plan. I did 30k steps the last week of the challenge. Just forgot to post it

Smoked oysters, chocolate covered berries, and home brewed beer at a friends place last night. It was fabulous. I never thought oysters could taste that good.

I did the all weekend dance festival... I had a two hour workshop on blues dancing and keeping frame and connection with your dance partner. It was beyond fantastic. Plus I had sooo many fabulous dances all weekend long with friends and strangers. :)

Since I am going to an all weekend dance workshop thing this weekend I will say I will work on body communication and connection with all my different dance partners.
Also I am so going to treat myself to a massage. And I am sooo a sucker for hugs.

Eat fish either tuesday or friday during the challenge. Local sushi place had cheap sushi deals on tuesday nights.

I have averaged 6 -7 hours a night through out the challenge. Except on Saturdays which I get a solid 8 to 9 hours.

I went all weekend with out the tech. I read two books and got a decent way thru making a scarf. It really was different and nice not being bombarded with stuff for awhile.
