Workout
here we go again....
Starting a new effort to get regular exercise - this time with the husband. Day one, check. Elliptical machine for 1/2 hour.

lots of walking
Free day at the zoo with Jason & Margie - walked there, walk for hours, walked back. Felt great.

tada! second day this month, and it's not eat.sweat.blog
30 min on elliptical

It's even my birthday, and I worked out.
At 7:30 am, no less.
Got up at 6:30, made it to the early C1 class (which turned out to be more like a C2 - damn heater prepping for the next class) and feel great about it.
Then coffee with my lady-friend and some walking.
Not a bad start to my day.

minimal exercising, but I was busy!
Still, enough for it to count.

Keeping up with the goal, that is:
Yesterday went for a long walk in the snow & did some ab exercises. Sore!
Not sure what I'll do today but something will come to me between all the busy-ness.

Pilates for 20 minute-ish.
Plan to do my butt routine again tonight.

So close to the goal!
For the first time this month, did my much-loved butt exercises. Toning, strengthening and a little cardio. A+

Day Fifteen: at-home workout
Tried another OnDemand video, this time with Jillian Michaels. It really was a challenge, which was great.

Whoops, didn't really expect a response to that. Ye, I do want to change the day of the post - or have the workout date show instead of the post date in my list of posts. What's the point in changing the date if when I'm reflecting on my past workouts from my postings I see a string of the same date?
