It was another chilly broomball game tonight. There was only one lady sub so I played most of the game. My shin is a bit worse for the wear, but whatevs.
I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. It's funny how a vacation totally disrupts my workout schedule! Need to work on that...

Saturday broomball game. The weather was gorgeous. Days like this remind me why I live here!

Today was broomball game #2. What a gorgeous winter night! The ice was better than last week meaning I could actually kinda run as opposed to last week's shuffle-shuffle-slide-dive-repeat routine.
I've also knocked out 140 situps and 140 pushups so I feel like I'm making good progress on the 1000s. Onward and upward!

bodypump again. tricep dips suck my will to live.
GOAL: Make it through the entire tricep dips section without taking a break by the time we move on to new music. I can do this, right?

I had to sprint out of work to make it to the class on time, but it was so worth it! I'm upping my weights and it feels good to be using some bigger plates!
