DANCING MY ASS OFF! #2
Saturday night. Revolution 4. MY FIRST RAVE. It was siiiiick. I've never danced so hard in my life. Headhunterz = BEAUTIFUL, HEAVY, HEAVY BEATS.

Friday night. Webster Hall. Dirty beats. Rusko. 6 hours of straight, dancing. Damn, I was a sweaty beast.

Is it really Spring?
I was sweating like a crazy mofo today. I walked to my friend's house for lunch, which was around 20 minutes, and then we both walked to my house, which was another 20 minutes. Then, I walked her back home, hahaha, and walked home again. Crazy day, When I walked home I also ran the whole way, which is not so easy in a skirt. Although it was quite...airy :)

Sunny, sweaty run & upper body
45 minute run, followed by 15 minutes of upper body strength training.

45 minute run (in this beautiful weather!), followed by 20 minutes of plyos.

PLYOS & UPPER BODY
Did my plyometric workout with a deck of cards, three times. Then, I did a short bicep/tricp shoulder workout.

Cloudy walk
45 minute walk.
+ Feat work & random bouts of sprints.
What's with me and walking? Weird.

Falling short but still going?
Well, even though I have no chance of finishing this challenge with the amount of workout session I still have to fill, I'm still going.
1.5 hrs - run/fast walk intervals.
My sister and I are a good team.

Ok, not really, but I came pretty damn close to it. Dry heaving and all. Shanarsty.
Anywhoooos. Since I've been super slacking on my workouts as of late, I decided it would be fabulous to the advantage of a weekend, where I have free time. Spring break started yesterday, so I ought to get off my butt, eh?
