Running - Get Fit For a lifetime
Fitness experts agree - Running is among the best exercises that you can do to help keep in shape. The criticism is the force on your body. The knees and leg muscles do take a beating. But . . . there are plenty of runners in their 60's and 70's who have been running for years and then achieve this. Running is simply too great of the exercise to dismiss.
