when left to my own devices, somedays a nice yoga session does the trick. ahhhhh

7 40lb dumbbell thrusters

round 1:15 deadlifts, 20 pullups
round 2: 12 deadlifts, 15 pullups
round 3: 9 deadlifts, 10 pullups

round 5: 3 deadlifts, 1 pullup
(I used 145lbs for the deadlifts)

So I thought I'd have an "easy" workout day and do 25 minutes of pilates... WRONG! Just got my ass kicked, well and my core! Wow! Props to all pilates gurus out there!
