This is getting hard...
I don't know where all my motivation went its like a constant battle with weight and motivation! Yesterday I did a weight training class for an hour we worked on every muscle in my body and I of course was sore. I don't want to make excuses but with soo much work to do, a migrane, and being sore I decided to take an unplanned day off... and boy do i feel horrible about it.
Rain Rain go away!
Well atleast we had a beautiful weekend. Monday showers sent me to the gym. The plan was to jog but instead I got lazy and just walked for 45min while watching my hills and some college show on mtv..pretty boring. Today I was going to take my kickboxing class but instructor never came :O( and it was back to boring elliptical machine another lazy session of 45min.

This weekend has been beautiful!! Fri I had an 80th birthday party where not only did I try to dance to every song but I also cut down on the buffet line!Hooray for me so I wanna say from 8-1 i danced my way into Day 18. Sat. decided to do some gardening and not the kind where you sit on your butt and plant!
To busy to blog...
but not to busy to keep myself somehow active even though it's been a pretty tight week for me.
Tue- had to find the perfect lbd and perfect shoes to go with but after hours of working around the mall and glancing at stuff my heart was not into it..but walking around for 3 hours was my work out for the day knocked out as soon as I got home!
Yoga Yoga Yoga
I've been exercising for most of my life and have tried pretty much everything there is out there...but the one thing I have been scared to tried is Yoga..why...I don't know but I think deep down inside I know why.. it's just not sweaty enough lol..sweat=exercise?
The Hills and I
Missed all the gym classes yesterday and since I was soo tired I figured I would just do weight training but I need to sweat in order to think I'm exercising so I figured what's a great way to pass the time at the gym? Watching TV!!
Easter Sunday
I.A.M.E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D ! Sat went to a belly dancing class hello shakira was only for 30min though and although I felt my hips getting a work out still felt the need to sweat so at home I tuned on to FitTV and did some aerobics with some cheesy guy lol but whatever cuz in those 30min we did cardio , weights, and sit ups by time Sunday rolled around I was soo happy to be off!!
How many calories are lost when you go out dancing?
So yesterday was supposed to be my one day off until the hubby and I decided to out and party it up! If there was such a thing as dance aerobic I would be there everday..I mean think of all the sweat and heart pumping dance moves we do at a club.
Energized Babigirl
I am not a person who exercises for health reasons or for stress release nope!! my only motivation for exercising ( besides losing weight as always) is because I honestly get a rush of energy coming out of nowhere. And since I have a million weddings and showers of all kind now is the time when I need ths energy boost the most. So I hit the gym yesterday with limited time and no MUSIC!!
My heart is saying" YES YES" but my legs are saying"NO NO"
Wow kickboxing class I took on Mon. really felt like I had been kicked boxed in my hiney! But even though I was sore somehow I had energy..this being said i love love love any advance step class I don't know why but it's just so intense and for some reason my body gets all the instructions to turn in awkward ways.

I feel the same way somehow this blogging has me rethinking what workouts I can do to keep ppl posted on and just so you know I heard there is going to be a May challenge so keep up the good work!
