3.1 miles And I ran, I ran so far away.I just ran, I ran all night and day.I couldn't get away.
5k (and for me, that is an exciting title) I ran 3.1 miles (yes, a whole 5k) for the first time ever last night. Could I get a high five or maybe an "Amen"?

club strength A sub in today for Annette. He was brutal. I limped out of class. Really feeling it in the shoulders and the hip flexors today.
elliptical 40 minutes on the machine with a workout I downloaded off of itrain. It was surprisingly challenging. Nice to mix it up a bit.
