Just how far DID I walk today? Walked the path alongside the Hudson River today from 95th Street up to 125th. . .and then turned around and walked back. It felt far. My legs are doing that post workout pulse thing. And it was so beautiful today! I love New York in spring!
New Running Shoes My new running shoes came in yesterday. super excited. Went for a 4 mile run to break them in.
beautiful day, but lungs on fire lovely sunny walk by the river 60min and 1min sprint that sent me into an awful coughing spree. bronchitis, pneumonia or mystery lung problem is back in full force and has made cardio beyond walking very difficult this week :( squats 125, leg & upper sculpt 20min
Intentional Walk It's fuzzy now, the details. But I got home from work quite late, certainly too late for a workout. Also, I hadn't eaten. But I was home -- perhaps it was about 9:30PM. So I went for a walk. I walked over to the river, and down to the Chirstopher St. piers. Went out on the pier and looked out at New Jersey, and then back at Manhattan. It was cold, and mostly deserted. Which was nice.
Running with Joe, but downtown Back to the original Waverly Street location for the Team Joe Running workout. A fast-ish five miles to the Battery and back. A little windy by the river, but still pleasant and brisk.
