Chisel! Did 15 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of Chisel
Tuesday Spinning Got on the saddle and did some "drills," nothing too exciting. I realized that spinning really helps me with running though. During the half marathon while going up the hills, my legs totally cooperated and I know it's because of time on the bike (I haven't done much hill running). Pre St. Patrick's Day Spin Lisa thought it was Zt. Patrick's day (it was really the day before) and brought Irish music to ride to!
Run and Push I ran 4.3 miles this morning and did a few measely push ups and squats.... still worried abobu the pull ups.
Second Tuesday Spin of Challenge! So I accidentally had my last response posted three times... I think the administrator is going to fix it but for now I'm going to still post today's workout... so now the number of workouts is inflated but hopefully it'll soon be accurate ;) Today I did spinning with Lisa.

Tough Tuesday! This morning I did Taj's Cardio Sculpt class. It was tough because of the work that I put in last night. I got through it though. Gonna do P90X tonight. I'd like to also do 5k. Not sure if that's gonna happen though.
need to keep it up It's probably been over a couple weeks since I was back on the pole. and wow did it look like crap. amazing what happens when you don't go consistently!

power yoga hour! not bad, but handstands are the worst. and we don't need to try 5 either.
more pain back to pole dancing. i got stuck a couple times upside down so i have some serious pole burn. was hoping to do elliptical for 15 min after but rubbing my legs like that was going to be painful. i did do some of my crunches for the ten thousand (i don't know if im going to make that one)
Heading to Crunch Just a normal night at hte gym after staying late at work. I really want to try pole dancing. It would be trying something I was intimidated to do (FEAT) and I just got a coupon on groupon for classes!
brutal hit up pole dancing again for the 2nd time in 4 days. I don't know what it was but this time around it was rather brutal. I did have a pole that was missing a screw so it was spinning for half the class till someone fixed it and that involves a little more effort to control your weight from spinning around too quickly. Somehow I also managed to scrape some skin off my toe.&nbs
back on the pole It's been a month since my last pole dancing class at Crunch - I did take a good 10 minutes to run through my tricks and workouts while I was visiting SF and took a pilates class at the Crunch there and they had the poles up. It did get painful real quick, especially when I miss my once a week commitment.

i may have overworked my body between absolution and yoga wings yesterday, and mixed martial arts and pt session today, i think it had enough. for starters, by the time i got to krystal and we did the balancing exercises which haven't been problematic lately, i was all wobbly.
