170lb Deadlift x 30 reps

Deadlifts are one of my favorite Olympic lifts.  A full body move, where form is of equal importance as strength is.  Gripping correctly, bending at the right time, activating the legs, and focus.

Today at Crossfit BF we did "DIANE" which includes so very heavy lifts paired with an upper body killer, Handstand Pushups.  Yeek!  I didn't do the prescribed weight, as 185lbs was just a tad too heavy for 30 reps for me.  Next time...there's always something to look forward to in Crossfit!
