Sing
Singing, ideally with friends, is good for your health. Ask Brian Eno. To complete this feat, you must memorize and sing a song, in public or for a group of friends. Your performance can be a cappella, with accompaniment, or even via commercial karaoke, BUT you must know all the words and be able to carry the tune even without help.

well, i admit this was an easy one for me since I'm a singer...so I'm counting last nights rehearsal (where I performed a new song for the group for the first time).
plus, it was a 4-hour rehearsal, so I even got a little workout in there - singing that long takes some energy!

Completed this at the beginning of the challenge and like to do this one alot. The hot song that started it all... Spandau Ballet's 'Gold' - "Always believe in your soul. Youve got the power to know... Youre indestructable...Always believe in,because you are
Gold!". Totally amazing.

I did this one pretty early on, something about Doc Holliday's, lots of Jack & Coke and David Allan Coe's "You never even called me by my name" and various other country tunes made it pretty easy to accomplish. But singing was on my summer 2009 to do list: "sing daily, dance weekly"

I was at a party for the couple who live across the street from my mother's 50th wedding anniversary. It was in a tent in their garden in England. I was talking to someone at the start (Steady Eddie) who's band was performing for the party. They were mostly playing classic 50s, 60s and 70s stuff. It occurred to me that I knew many of the songs that were being played. Between sets I told him about the challenge and asked if I could sing a song in the next set. We looked at the set list and chose "The Wanderer" by Dion. He introduced me, mentioning that I had come from New York and had the challenge, and let me sing. The dance floor actually filled up during the song! I got a few complements and the host of the party suggested I quit my day job for the life of a singer.

my boss will only play christmas music at out restaurant sooo i decided to bring in my ipod (yup i have a playlist just for this joyous holiday)...I proceeded to walk-up to a random table with three other staff members where a guy was sitting alone. We all started singing along to Jingle Bell Rock. He broke out into a smile and it was definitely a fun way to get in the holiday spirit.
